Redefining
synthetic turf
Exceptional performance without infill
Explore the Pure PT™ System
Pure PT™ is a non-infill turf system engineered for consistent performance, long-term durability, and responsible material use.
The system is designed around how athletes move and how fields are used in reality, intensively, year-round, and across different sports. Its dense fiber structure creates balanced traction with controlled release, enabling predictable surface interaction in all weather conditions.
By eliminating infill, Pure PT™ reduces material weight, maintenance complexity, and microplastic exposure, while maintaining stable playing characteristics over time. The result is a field system that supports confident movement, continuous availability, and lower lifecycle impact, from installation to end of life.

From Structure to Surface Behavior
The development of Pure PT™ began with analysing how natural grass responds to athletic load. On natural fields, performance is determined by the structural composition beneath the surface, where stability, compliance, and energy transfer are defined.
Pure PT™ translates this functional behaviour into a non-infill system. Through engineered fiber mass and optimized yarn density, the system governs traction and release, surface response, impact absorption, and energy return under repeated load, maintaining predictable surface interaction across sessions and seasons.
Pure PT™ explained
A next-generation infill-free system that delivers elite performance while eliminating microplastic release, reducing material consumption, and cutting maintenance intensity.
Environmental impact
Pure PT™ goes beyond on-field performance. It is engineered to address key environmental challenges by eliminating infill-related microplastic release, lowering transport and maintenance emissions, and simplifying end-of-life recycling. Extended service life and fewer replacement cycles further reduce overall lifecycle impact.
Engineered for Use
Designed to support specification, installation, and long-term field operation, Pure PT™ is available in multiple system configurations based on project requirements. This allows the system to be aligned with the intended sport, usage intensity, and user profile while maintaining consistent surface behavior over time.
Who Benefits
Pure PT™ is designed for projects where multiple stakeholders shape the decision process. The system integrates performance, operational demands, and long-term responsibility within one cohesive design, aligning sport requirements, field management, and lifecycle considerations without creating trade-offs between them.
Feedback from the field
Across sports, climates, and levels of play, users consistently report that Pure PT™ delivers a more natural surface experience than traditional infill systems. Feedback highlights predictable ball behavior, stable footing, and consistent performance, even after intensive and extended use.
Validation at Scale
Pure PT™ was developed and validated by benchmarking surface behavior against professionally maintained natural grass fields through large-scale testing under real athletic loads.
Performance was not assumed. It was measured, analysed, and verified under controlled and real-world conditions.
Tuned to Application
Pure PT™ is not a one-size-fits-all surface. The system can be configured to meet the functional requirements of football, baseball, rugby training, indoor facilities, multi-sport complexes, and community environments, while maintaining a consistent underlying performance logic.
Depending on the sport and applicable regulations, Pure PT™ can be implemented for selected match or training environments where its system characteristics meet the defined performance and safety criteria.
